Dr. Friedman was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up on Long Island.

 

Dr. Friedman completed her undergraduate studies at the
State University of New York at Stony Brook where she majored in
chemistry. She then attended the NYU College of Dentistry on an
academic scholarship. There, she graduated from NYU in the top 2%
of her class and received numerous academic awards and was
inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society.
Dr. Friedman then completed her fellowship in Orthodontics and
Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Friedman has practiced Orthodontics on Long Island for over a
decade and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists. 

​

In her spare time, Dr. Friedman enjoys cooking, gardening, sports,
and spending time with her husband Ken and her four children.
